Description
In an age when there are buttons that resemble cufflinks, it seems strange that, at one time in the past, gentlemen required cufflinks that resembled buttons. This pair from the 1930s or forties uses a strong copper bar on a chain to support a bevelled black button made from Bakelite. They are to be worn with black or white tie, giving that authentic finishing touch to the shirt under a vintage dinner jacket or tail coat.
