Description
This exquisite tie clip hails from the 1920s, when gentlemen would not countenance their tie flying at half mast like today. The clip fastens behind the tie with two spikes fitting into the mother-of-pearl circles, with an efficient and still fully functioning spring mechanism. The rear informs us that the brand name was The Tenax (patent pending), the material gilt and made in England.
