Description
Genuine French kipper tie from the late sixties/early seventies, in the favoured fabric of its day, ‘polyester texturĂ©‘, in dark blue with light blue and orange circular motifs. Menswear supremo Michael Fish is generally credited with inventing the kipper tie, selling them from his trendy London outlets from 1966. The generous blade width of 11cm is balanced with a length of 136cm.
