Name: Zack MacLeod Pinsent
Age: 21
Origin: Born and raised in Brighton
Sartorial motto: ‘Life’s too short to be boring’
Style icon: Wide range, from Beau Brummell and Count D’Orsay to David Suchet as Hercule Poirot
Hat: Regrettably, as with many antique items, the maker is unknown, but it is an exceptionally rare type of top hat, as seen by its colour.
CRAVAT: Coloured and patterned by myself according to 1820s daywear
Trousers: Made myself from black watch tartan wool.
Shirt: From Darcy clothing in the Napoleonic style.
Waistcoat: I’m wearing two, both made myself; the first from checked Kimono silk and the second of a blue ribbed silk, both cut in the Regency Style with varying differences.
Jacket: The coat I am wearing is a civilian frockcoat inspired by military uniforms of the early 19th Century. I made it myself, copying a fashion print from the 1820s
Cane: An unknown as well, but the hallmarks date it to 1805. The cravat pin is an original Georgian example of Gold, Topaz and Opal formed in a sphere and the gloves are of red leather. gifted to me by a dear friend.
Socks: Contemporary, with loud colours and patterns.
BOOTS: Military George boots, spurs are a must of course!
