Description
Issue 25 of The Chap was published in Spring 2005, and was proud to bear an interview with the legendary (and now sadly deceased) Peter Wyngarde of Jason King fame. Gentlemanly Motoring was investigated in Fop Gear, while the bizarre tale was recounted of Harry Bensley, the man who wandered the country wearing an iron mask for a wager. The equally mysterious Miss Martindale penned the third of her short-lived columns, in which she addressed the subjects of codification and nomenclature. The British Pub Fight was investigated by Lionel Fanshawe, and other regular writers made their mark on this edition: Michael “Atters” Attree and Medlar Lucan, reporting on hirsute and gastronomical matters. This is a brand-new, immaculate copy from the Chap’s own archives.
