CHAP Issue 5

£75.00

Very few pristine copies of The Chap’s fifth edition remain in circulation, with only 1,000 printed at the time of its publication in the year 2000. The publication’s very first interview was with dapper film director John Waters, and features included The Semiotics of Drinking, the Truth about Smoking, Consumptive Cosmetics, Vladimir Shokov’s Handsome Carriage – a tale remarkably similar to that of the Umbrella Academy (made some twenty years later), the Do’s and Don’ts of Interior Design and the Adventures of Cecil de Cashmere. This is a brand-new, unread copy from the Chap’s own archives.
