Description
Gracing the cover of CHAP 91 was Stray Cats drummer Slim Jim Phantom, who had declared himself a huge Chap fan previously. His tales of bringing rockabilly to the UK in the early eighties because of a complete lack of interest in his own country were matched by his coveting of Princess Diana memorabilia.
