Description
From 1946 until the end of his life, Ian Fleming lived for two months of every year at the house he had built on a picturesque corner of the Jamaican coast. He named it Goldeneye and proceeded to pen every one of the James Bond novels there. This book is the story of the house’s construction and Fleming’s life in it, along with his wife Anne. It is also the tale of Jamaica’s jet set celebrity crowd, and the wild parties Fleming attended, as well as his frequent visits from fellow Jamaica resident Noel Coward. This is the first edition in very good condition.
