Description
American pilot’s sunglasses from the United States, dated late 1940s/early 1950s. Made from rolled gold on brass, the mother-of-pearl nose pads are both intact, as are the flexible sides that wrap around the ears. Of slightly smaller than average size, both lenses together measure 12cm across the front, with each lens measuring 4.7cm in height. The temple width from the sides when worn is 13cm.
