CHAP Winter 2006

£32.00

Extremely rare copy of the issue that first introduced us to Tristan Langlois, who went on to pen numerous articles about military matters and also host the Chap Olympiad. This Military Edition visited Tristan at his then workplace of the National Army Museum, where he was photographed with his colleagues among the Second World War dioramas. We interviewed Clive Dunn, while also advocating for a return of the Home Guard. Hirsute military heroes were celebrated, along with tips for dressing for dictators. Features include Leslie Howard, Last of the Afghan Dandies and the Trench Coat.
