The French translation of The Chap Manifesto was published by Editions des Equateurs in 2010, translated by Anne Maizeret and with a preface by Olivier Frebourg, who declares for the benefit of French readers that ‘Le Chap est un resitant!’ before launching into a very French, very intellectual appraisal of anarcho-dandyism. After that, this is a word-for-word, image-by-image reproduction of the English original, in a paperback edition in perfect condition, signed by Gustav Temple.
