Description
During the transition from chain cufflink into the T-bar fastening seen on most contemporary cufflinks, pairs of cufflinks such as these straddled both worlds. We still have a swivel in the fastening arm, harking back to the chain, while the design of the bar itself still has the gentle curvature of the art deco era. The cufflink itself, three sections of mother-of-pearl set in a gold fan design, remains art deco to the last.
