Tana Lawn is a cotton that behaves like silk – ultra-fine, with a fluid hand-feel and intense depth of colour that is truly unmatchable. Taking its name from Lake Tana in Ethiopia, East Africa where the original cotton grew, Liberty Tana Lawn cotton is made from specially selected ultra-fine long staple cotton and finished without the use of crease-resisting chemicals or irritating allergens. The result is a fabric as soft as silk with brilliant reproduction of colours and prints. This is a vintage item in superb condition, measuring 145x10cm.
