Description
A signed copy of Lady Glenconner’s musings on manners and mischief, presented in alphabetical order. The author was Lady in Waiting to Princess Margaret, hobnobbing with Queen Elizabeth, Mick Jagger and Roddy Llewellyn on the island of Mustique, later helping Princess Diana find a new nanny for William and Harry. Of Diana, Lady Glenconner says, “I do feel that the Queen could have tried slightly harder to find Charles a suitable wife.” This is the first edition in very good condition, with a dedication and signature on the flyleaf.
