Description
First published in 1891, Oscar Wilde’s only novel continued to exist in print throughout his trial, imprisonment and eventual exile to Paris. This delightful Penguin paperback was published in 1949, remaining in their catalogue until this day, with this being the 1965 edition. The tale continues to resonate today, of a man whose portrait in the attic ages horribly while he does not, despite committing every sin known to man. This edition is in good condition.
