Description
A tie clip dating from the 1950s with a distinctive Festival of Britain flavour. The material is silver gilt (with 9-carat gold) and it is of the type that you simply slide over the tie, holding it in place to your shirt to prevent it from flapping about in the wind. The star pattern in the centre will mark you out as, if not a ‘made man’, then a chap not to be trifled with.
