The Merry Men and Other Tales

£12.00

A delightful leatherbound edition OF Robert Louis Stevenson’s The Merry men and Other Tales, part of the Tusitala editions published by William Heinemann in 1924, so named because ‘Tusitala’ was Stevenson’s nickname among the natives of Tahiti, where the author lived until his death. The edition is bound in dark blue leather, with gilt lettering on the cover and the gold embossed palm tree logo of the Tusitala editions on the spine, in very good condition for its age. This is the second impression from July 1924.
