Description
In the 1990s, British heritage brand Tootal attempted to capitalise on the huge cult success of their vintage Rayon scarves, by reproducing several of the designs from their vast archive that dated back to the 1940s. Unfortunately, they didn’t call in the right advisers (a large queue would undoubtedly have formed), and the patterns they chose were not the ones being avidly sold among collectors. Nevertheless, one or two designs did pass muster, and this is one of them, a floral print in grey on a burgundy background. The scarf is made of Tootal’s familiar Tebilized Rayon and measures 112x27cm.
