Tootal Star Tie

Description

There is nothing ‘standard’ about this Tootal Standard Quality tie. The fabric, being a blend of cotton and rayon, dates it to the mid-sixties, but it is the bold red and white star pattern on a plain brown background that marks this out as rather a special tie that would have been worn by a chap with a bit of dandy swagger about him, almost certainly spending most of his time loafing about on Carnaby Street. Measuring 125cm x 9.5cm takes the tie towards the kipper tie, but Tootal, thank goodness, took a back seat when that particular fad commenced.
